What is Opinion World Surveys

What is Opinion World Surveys

As you can probably tell from the name, OpinionWorld is a survey site, where you can get paid for your opinion.

OpinionWorld is very user-friendly and has a decent number of surveys. You can get paid in cash or gift cards and it is availble in 36 countries in the local language.

OpinionWorld is a survey panel owned by Survey Sampling International.

This company owns several reputable survey panels like, for example, Opinion Outpost, and it is an experienced company in this field.

That is a good sign and it means it is legit and overall a safe site to join.

But this does, however, not necessarily mean it is the best option for you. There are some details you need to know to decide this. First of all, you need to know what options you have as a member after you join and log in.

In short, OpinionWorld offers paid surveys and is a very basic site. With basic, It means that there are not a lot of other options than doing surveys, so it is very easy to use and get started with.

But let’s go over each of the options on OpinionWorld, so you know exactly what you get.

What does OpinionWorld surveys offer

There are 3 ways to do when you join OpinionWorld surveys:

Option 1 – OpinionWorld surveys:

The way you make money on Opinion World is through taking surveys and sharing your opinion.

You will in most cases get an email invitation, when there is a new survey available for you, so you do in theory not have to log in to the platform to check.

It is still a good idea to regularly log in and check for available surveys yourself.

The site is in general very user-friendly and easy to use. You just sign up, confirm your email, and then you can start taking surveys.

The exact amount of surveys you can participate in depends a lot on the country you live in. It is not one of the survey sites with the most opportunities, but in general, it has a good amount.

You can sometimes take Opinion World surveys on other platforms. You can, for example, take them through a platform like ySense. So if you do not feel like joining OpinionWorld, or if you one day do not want to be a member of it anymore, you can sometimes still take the surveys on other platforms.

But overall, the survey opportunities on OpinionWorld are decent and it is easy to use.

Option 2 – Prize draw:

If you are very lucky, you can win a big money prize in addition to your rewards on Opinion World.

The platform has a quarterly prize draw, where the rewards are worth $10,000. This prize is for the US and will vary depending on the country you live in.

Every time you participate in a survey, you will automatically get an entry into this draw on top of the reward for the survey itself.

Like any other lottery, it is obviously not easy to win, so do not sign up for the site just to participate in the draw. But a nice extra chance, if you want to participate in the surveys anyway.

Also, be aware that OpinionWorld does not offer a prize draw in all countries. This used to offer in all countries but now it is only available in some. So if this is an important feature for you, just make sure to check for your exact country before joining.

Option 3 – Donations to charities:

In some countries, you also get the chance to give a donation to a charity whenever you take a survey on OpinionWorld.

Many survey sites have donations as a payout option but the donation option on OpinionWorld is different.

It is not something that will be taken from your reward, but something OpinionWorld gives when you take a survey in addition to your reward. It does not say anywhere how big the donation is, but just say which charities you can choose from, and how many donations the charity has received.

The way it works is that after you have completed a survey, you will get your reward, and you will then be asked which charity you want to support, as OpinionWorld wish to give a donation because you completed the survey.

And remember it will not be taken from your reward.
